I am not a Professional Trader, please could you adjust this please so I can renew , I have done an account support Ticket, but I have had no reply for more than 2 days. Also could you specify If a Topstep account can have real time futures CME DATA. I had this for some time during my trading combine. So I don't know what has changed. I understand the problem may be on Topstep's side. My Real Time data was working before then it stopped, but I believe this may be on Topsteps side. Could you make clear the situation for me please?

Also I have set up a Stage 5 account just in case
