You can NOT use a Prop Firm account (such as APEX) to qualify for the CME Group's Non-Professional requirement. It must be a live, funded, futures trading account in which you are trading your own funds and only for yourself.

As noted in the section we linked you to on this, we have setup an option with some brokers to allow you to create an account with a minimum amount of funds ($100-$200) in order to qualify for the CME Group Non-Professional requirement. Refer to the following:
