In order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live funded, futures trading account. And you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification of that live account. Refer to the following for more on this: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Therefore, when you fill out the agreements and you want to be considered a Non-Professional, you need to specify the "Clearing Firm" (or brokerage name if you do not know the clearing firm) and your "Account Number" for that live, funded futures trading account. You have not done this, therefore the agreements were rejected. You can redo the agreements at the following link when you have your live, funded, futures trading account worked out: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
