We do not have access to the "Back-End". That is Rithmic and APEX. You would need to check with them on this.

The only thing we can do is look at your "Trade Service Log" and see if there is any information in there that gives the reason for the rejection, which you can then take to Rithmic and/or APEX and see if they can explain it. Refer to the following for how to get us the log:
