Separately, we want to point out that you have the following exchange active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed:
- CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts

But you are not getting this data from us, as your "Verified Until" date is in the past (it is currently set to "2024-08-31"). This means that you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account since before that date. As such, you are not verified as a Non-Professional for the CME Group and you are not able to get the data from our data feed.

If you do not want this data from us, then be sure to deactivate that exchange at the following link:

Or, if you do want to get the data from us, then you need to connect to your live trading account. Once you make that connection, your "Verified Until" date will change to be 30 days in the future. You can view this date at the same link given just above.
