You are getting your data from Rithmic, and they have a limited amount of historical data.

You should not use a Continuous Futures Contract with the Rithmic data, as any missing data from previous contracts will not be able to be downloaded. This is most likely the reason for what you are seeing.

Also, you may want to limit the number of days to load for your data. Typically Rithmic does not have more than 5 days of data. So if you are loading more days and you do not already have that data on your system, then this could also lead to the problem you are having.
