You definitely do need to update Sierra Chart to the current version. Instructions: Software Download: Fast Update And if there are any further issues, then set the menu commands with this command: Global Settings Menu: Customize Chart Shortcut Menu (Global Settings menu) This issue is the result of going to a newer version and then back to an older version. Although you do need to go to the current version and then reset the Chart Shortcut Menu, if there still is this issue on the current version.
