We are still working on a solution to be able to change the top level menu item names. Regarding this: Site Note: Versions 2678 and prior kept my color scheme in the Menu bar along with being able to Customize Menu Bar. The newer versions up to 2694 Customize Menu Bar isn't working and color scheme is default grey. Sierra Chart does not set colors of menus. This is operating system controlled.
