We are a bit stumped by this, as typically this situation occurs when there are multiple installations, but you definitely show that both versions are in the same installation folder. Additionally, this could not be caused by another program, as once the new version is installed, the old executable is gone. So there is no way that it could be restored.

When you state you "shut down and re-started SC", are you shutting down the computer, or just Sierra Chart?

When you start Sierra Chart is there any message about needing to update to a particular release, or anything about downloading a specific version of the software?
