The levels that are not colored are because there is not a dominant side at that level (i.e. both sides are non-dominant) or because there is a comparison with a zero value. For example, look at the first bar in your image. We see the following within that bar: 114 172 5 132 0 62 The level in the middle with Bid | Ask of 5 | 132 is black - it has no coloring. This is because the Bid is not dominant (5 compared with 172), and the the Ask is not tested since it is compared with a Zero value and the Input for "Enable Bid/Ask Ratios with Zeros as Ones" is set to "No". Refer to the following for this new Input: Numbers Bars: Enable Bid/Ask Ratios with Zeros as Ones Further down in that same bar you have the following: 199 281 269 298 308 301 In this case neither bid or ask is dominant with the middle value (269 | 298). This comes about because you compare the Bid at that level (269) with the Ask at the next higher level (281) - therefore the Bid is not dominant. The Ask Side compares the Ask at that level (298) against the next lower Bid (308) and the Ask is not dominant, hence no coloring is applied.
