Hello, I posted another support request. I usually get email confirmation of support request. However, for this request I did not get email confirmation. So not sure if you are able to see the support request. To make sure you are seeing the new support request, am posting it here again.

"Not getting any data"

Currently using Apex evaluation account.

Want to use Denali Data Feed. Activated the feed. Created external trade account. Connected and activated trade account. Switching back to "Rithmic Direct - DTC" in Data/Trade service settings in Sierra Chart.

After this am getting no data. It stopped, it was working before I did above steps.

Need help.
