My Sierra Chart just stopped working this morning. I received a message that said my payment didn't go through, but that it was ok because I still have a sufficient balance. I went ahead and changed my payment method and added to my balance this last hour. I have the green bar that says I'm connected but current data not coming through. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting.
