Post From: New Sierra Account with Teton live trading and paid for Denali CME but no CME charts show

I have a new Sierra account, I believe I have signed all the relevant documents for CME quotes and activated the nonprofessional CME through Denali (and funded it) and I do not get any CME charts, quotes, or CME DOMs There is no prices or charts. I am connected and show the account connected and funded on Sierra with the green connection bar and balances in the account. I have clicked Find symbol and put in NQ and MNQ charts at future expiration dates. I have clicked File, open DOM, selected CME charts and clicked Open Trading DOM and it provides a DOM with no prices and some of the notes say "2024-10-02 21:01:01.908 | Symbol not allowed: MESZ24_FUT_CME * in the message log while others don't say anything in the log but do not show a chart or a DOM It seems as though, despite having the feed from Teton/IronBeam and the Denali CME feed, I am getting no charts other than what is on the "trial" account |
