I do have SPY-NQTV selected. Not sure if it matters, but on the chart it shows SPY-NQTV[M]. I get the ticker from going to Chart Settings > the Symbol menu > click "select" on the Symbol (Action) row. Then scroll down to the "NASDAQ TotalView (Delayed/Realtime NASDAQ/NYSE/AMEX stocks)" group, then click on SPY-NQTV. I've tried other tickers from this NASDAQ TotalView list and none of them work. It used to work then all the sudden it stopped. And I never made any changes with the chart settings why the change. Any other suggestions I can try? Thanks for your help trying to get this figured out. I don't even know where to start looking. |
