Say I draw the lines in the sand on the volume profile of where the most volume is and used a rectangle to mark the area and when I do the rollover to the new chart contract the drawing is not inline with the volume profile I drawn it on and is out.

In general, you are now looking at different data since you rolled over to a new contract. So the rectangles you drew at a particular level are still at that level, but you are looking at a completely different set of profiles.

Im using Denali Exchange Data Feed CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchanges for e-mini 500 from CME, service package 11?

This doesn't answer our question. We need to know if you are using a Continuous Futures Contract and whether you are using Back-Adjustments or not. Refer to the following:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts

In particular, if you ARE using a Continuous Futures Contract, and you are not back-adjusting, then the data from the previous symbol should match to those rectangles, but it depends on where the rollover is occurring.
