We have seen this issue with Rithmic before. This is strictly a Rithmic issue. It is Rithmic that is not setting the Status of the order to Canceled, or an Error status. They are setting it to Open! Sierra Chart is simply displaying the status transmitted by Rithmic. All of this is controlled by status. If Rithmic is not providing the proper status then, that is the issue.
