You do not currently have any exchanges active with us. Therefore the data you are getting when connected to Rithmic is from Rithmic, which is why you are not able to get the historical data. And this is also why you are getting the delayed streaming data when connected to SC Data - All Services. Your exchange selection did not renew on September 1, 2024 due to insufficient funds at that time.
