Hello. I am currently getting the "Historical Download Skipped" error when connecting to my prop firm accounts that are through Rithmic. I have the Denali Feed active. I have checked that my agreements are still active, but re-signed it anyways as a Non-professional just to make sure. I did spend some time traveling, but believe I did the one per month log in to my Stage 5 account for August before I left and I did it for September when I got back. When I log into my Stage 5 account or select SC Data, the data is on the chart (although is it delayed by almost 15 minutes when compared to another charting platform!). When I log into my Rithmic accounts (Fast Track Trading), it gives me the "Historical Download Skipped" error. I've followed the support pages that have referenced this issue and haven't been able to resolve it. I am sure it is something small I am missing, but would love any additional guidance to get it to work. I never had a problem with connecting the accounts and getting data previous to my vacation. I am using only MESZ4 and MGCZ4 current contracts, which were rolled over after vacation and I updated the contracts in my symbols list. Thanks for your help. |
