But, in your case, there is nothing that is needing to be done. You have 29 days of Usage Time remaining, but we only refund Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments.

Also, you have $4.00 in your Services Surplus, but we have a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds, therefore there is nothing left to refund. These funds will stay in this account, however.

We have set your account to not renew, but this would have occurred automatically on October 24, 2024 when your Usage Time ends and you do not have enough funds to renew.
