We do not have a way to "Pause" subscriptions (package or data). What you can do is to turn it off, so it does not renew at the next increment. For the exchange that you have active, you would deactivate the exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges When you deactivate the exchange, you are setting it to not renew. You will continue to get the data through the end of the current month, but then it will not renew on the first day of the following month and your data will stop at that time. With regards to your Usage Time, we can refund this in whole month (31 day) increments, so you can get some of the time back. Right now, you have 50 days of Usage Time, so we can refund 1 month (31 days) which would leave you with 19 days of Usage Time remaining. When you get back from vacation, you would need to re-activate your package and your data feed. To activate the package, follow these instructions: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions And to re-activate the exchange, go to the same page given above to deactivate and activate the exchange that you want. -- Given that you state that you will only be done for 15 days, it doesn't sound like you will want to do any of the above, but we have given you the information nonetheless.
