Since you already have the "CBOT with Market Depth for Non-Professional Accounts" exchange active, you will get that data into your Sierra Chart regardless of what trading service you are connected to. Therefore, you do not need to pay for this data to TopStep. In terms of another instance, since you are stating that you want to be able to connect to both APEX and TopStep, you should install a second installation of Sierra Chart on the same computer. This will allow you to trade with both services at the same time. Otherwise, you would have to keep switching back and forth between services for your trading.
