Dear Support

Please can you help with the following issue where I cannot seem to remove a no longer available / non-existent account.

RITHMIC R-TRADER PRO DASHBOARD
Shows No Account reference.

SIERRA TRADE WINDOW
Settings >> Order Allocation to Trade Accounts >> Available Accounts (List) | Lists No Accounts
Settings >> Allocation Accounts (List) | Say's (Remove) | As No Accounts Listed, or Added.

Global Settings >> Order Allocation Linking and Config are both set to Yes.

If I select >> Trade Simulation Mode On >> then the TRADE WINDOW states Sim1
Selecting >> Trade Simulation Mode Off >> then the TRADE WINDOW states XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XX the account that no longer exists and also does seem to reside anywhere in either platform.

I have checked all charts to see if this account resides somewhere in the 'open chartbook group' but all is as above and I cannot see this Account reference anywhere.
Changing the Data/Service did not clear the Accounts reference in either the TRADE WINDOW select account combo or the Account data presented in the Global Settings >> Chart Header Standard >> Account Data field.

Any help appreciated.
