You are having network connectivity issues as noted by these messages: DTC Client socket (2) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine.
DTC Client socket (2) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

The one thing we want you to do is to NOT use a specific server at this time. The issues related to why you needed to use a specific server have been resolved, and there have been changes to our infrastructure such that ds13 is no longer a valid data server. But, given the specificity of the drop outs, this appears to be an issue with your Internet provider.
