What you are seeing is correct functioning. When the condition is true in the source chart, the bar is colored. There is no information that tells the system when within the bar, the actual condition was met. Therefore, when you overlay that information to another chart, the destination chart bars that cover the same time period as the source chart bar that is colored, will be colored.
