Dear Sierra Chart Support, I am experiencing an issue with placing orders on the DOM while trading my Topstep Combine through Sierra Chart using Rithmic. The problem I am encountering is that my orders are being rejected without any error messages. Market orders are the only order type that seems to work, but limit and other order types are being rejected without any visible reason in the Trade Service Log or Message Log. I have already contacted Topstep regarding this issue, and they confirmed that there are no order rejections visible in their backend systems. They have advised me to reach out to you for further assistance. Additionally, I have thoroughly checked my Sierra Chart settings, verified account permissions, and reviewed all logs, but nothing appears out of the ordinary. Here are a few relevant details: I am using Sierra Chart connected to Rithmic for the Topstep Combine. Market orders are working, but other order types (e.g., limit, stop) are being rejected. There are no error messages or Trade Service logs indicating why the orders are rejected. Could you please help me investigate this issue?
