GCZ24-COMEX is not the correct symbol for the Teton Order Routing Service. Select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" in order to update your symbols to what is needed for the current selected service. Also, when you change services and select OK to close the Data/Trade Service Settings Window, you are asked if you want to update the symbols. It is best to always answer "Yes" to this question to avoid situations like you had.
