So yesterday i was playing around with data trade services but i reverted it back to my old settings with cme tenton ect and dorman and the connection was green. Then I woke up this morning and my Gu chart was loaded however my gold charts hadnt loaded overnight or this morning. I tried to delete and download data but I was met with a pop up message saying 'Confirm intraday download for GCZ24-COMEX starting at 00:00' - then just does nothing. Also it seems to think that I am in yesterday - ill attach a photo below to show this (im on 20th and data in range file to - says to 19th but im on the 20th and my GU chart shows 20th) - ill attach another image as well which presents this problem - in context of the 2nd one its the 20th of september 09:35 for me am not pm https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1726821227258.png https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=172682130049.png
