Hello, I am a long time user of sierra chart and Denali data. I have never had an issue repeating like this. On two occasions (NFP release 6. September and CPI release 11. September) I had complete freeze in the data stream. On the NFP I lost connection for 2-3mins. CPI similar but shorter. In the same office there is TT with (NFP and CPI release) there were 0 issues. My current setup is -> Main sierra chart instance (not running any charts) and separate instances with charts and execution (DOM only). I haven't done any significant change in the past year to the PC or the way I have sierra chart setup. Best regard DK |
