Dear Sierra Chart! Today i download a new sierra chart 2627 version. (before that I used 2626, it worked fine) I did not update the old version, I start 2627 as a new one. I set up the data connection: TETON CME Order Routing, AMP futures,(as I used before) but the data is not updated. what can be done to make it work? I also sent the message log. AMP account: 164952 I also spoke with amp support, everything is fine there. I already deleted the scid files, and delete all data and download, but it didn't solve the problem. thank you Peter |
