Hi John, Many thanks for your help and assistance I knew all along that there was something simple in my settings preventing me from trading but couldn't figure out what with all the many options and being brand new to the platform. I've changed the symbols for my charts to CBOT and are on a contract which expires in September. In quote board I'm set for auto symbol rollover so that should keep me on the most liquid contracts for the product I wish to trade. It's approaching 5pm where I'm based in the U.K so I have no trading opportunities this late for today so I can't try it out until tomorrow. I imagine the problem been sorted and hopefully you don't have to hear from me tomorrow. Many thanks for your patience and assistance. Antony
