US30 is a CFD product. This is not traded on the CME Group. This is why the order did not go through. If you are wanting to trade the Dow Jones Index from the CME Group, then this is traded on the CBOT (so you have the correct exchange active) and the symbol is YM (for the e-Mini) and MYM (for the Micro). You will find the appropriate symbols on the "File >> Find Symbol" window under the "Futures - CBOT" section. You need to change the symbols for your charts to the appropriate symbol for that product.
