At the very least disabling the visual effects will improve the performance of your system. Let us know if the issue returns. It seems to us it is a system issue. Maybe it is simple as replacing your pointer input device (we are not saying you should do that and that would not seem to make a difference but we do not have any ideas about what to make of this problem). We are not really sure about an issue like this. This is very unusual. We never hear about an issue like this, unless there is a misunderstanding about how the Chart Values tool will adjust to the Tick Size, in some cases, and aligns with chart bars. Or sometimes there are misalignment problems due to the title bar being hidden. Otherwise, we never hear about something like this getting reported. This is why we suspect it is an unusual system issue. Maybe reinstalling the operating system would help. We are not sure. We are not saying you should do that but just we do not have any other ideas. The other thing to do is just to create a new chart at the time this happens and see if the issue happens with that new chart. If not, it would seem to be a chart configuration issue.
