This problem persists. The cross hairs are not even at the cursor point, let alone drawings. Some observations: - At the bottom of a chart window, the problem does not exist (see image bottom) - At the top of a chart window, the problem is worse (see image top) - This happens even with menu and title bar enabled, though the problem isn't as bad with these elements enabled - It doesnt matter of a chart is attached or detached. - If I make a duplication of the chartbook (duplicate all charts to chartbook) then the problem does not exist in the new chartbook, which to me rules out the operating system being at fault.
