You are having a problem connecting to the Rithmic system that has the list of servers on it. Our only suggestion is to reboot your computer and then try again. If you continue to have error messages like the following: HTTPS connection ID:21 to downloads.rithmic.com:443 for request ID:21 (1) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. *
