Unless we are missing something, the answer is that you just reference that cell as you would with any spreadsheet. In this case, you probably want to use an absolute reference, so when the formula columns copy down, you are using just that one cell - for instance, you would enter a reference to that cell using the '$' before the column and before the row - such as $AZ$17 (if the cell were at AZ17).
