You definitely do not need to reinstall. There is simply something different in the charts. The easiest thing to do is to copy the Chartbook from one system to the other and then compare the charts on the one system. If they are the same, then there is something about the data, in which case use the option for "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" to redownload the data. Otherwise, it is something in the setup of the chart itself that is different.
