This is a system specific issue most likely related to security settings, preventing the screen image from being taken. It does not matter if another program is in front of the Sierra Chart window. The image is copied from the desktop window and we think it is security settings preventing that from being taken. Maybe you could run Sierra Chart with administrator level access.
