If the order is from an automated trading system, then this would be noted in the Orders in the Trade Activity page on the Trade Activity Log. But, if this is a manual order, then the chart number is not specified. You could add the Chart Number to the "Text Tag" and then this will be available in the "OrderActionSource" on the Trade Activity page of the Trade Activity Log as well as the Note column on the Trade page of the Trade Activity Log.
