Drawings are either drawn above or below the other items on the screen. Refer to the following setting and the one below it: Chart Settings: Draw Highlight Drawings Underneath Main Graph and Studies (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Drawings menu) The only other thing is to look at the options for the particular drawing to see if you can move the location of the text elsewhere.
