First, there is absolutely no way you can ever expect data delivery, down to the millisecond or even within a few milliseconds. That is just not possible at all. It is inefficient and impossible to achieve. Anyone claiming that, is lying to you. You will need to have a direct multicast feed with the exchange, and have co-location, and the exchange data center. So we are not going to accept, that there is something wrong here.
