The easiest way to do this would be to have a chart with only a single day in it, and put the POC study on that and then use the Study/Price Overlay to overlay that one day's worth of information to the other chart. Otherwise, you would have to use the Spreadsheet Study to pull out just the one day's worth of information you want and then overlay that to the lower timeframe chart.
