I'm trying to set up Teton order routing with AMP. When I enter my Sierra Chart name in the AMP username for Sierra Chart field, it appears blank and doesn't verify the name. AMP mentioned I should contact Sierra to activate Teton order routing. Could this be the issue? Do I need to contact Sierra to activate Teton order routing? If so, where else can I get support to proceed with this? Thank you
