Those apparent multiple entries could be multiple fills, of an order with a quantity greater than 1. Another possibility is that, the order entry was actually on different bars and there were many bars created over a short amount of time. And the order fills, all occurred on the same subsequent bar. You really have to examine the Trade Activity Log and find out what the bar time is of the order entries.
