To begin with, you should have a Rithmic Username and Password from TopStep. This will be different from what you use with Bookmap. You need to enter those credentials in all 3 of the sections on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" related to Rithmic (i.e. the Trading Username/Password, the Market Data Username/Password, and the Historical Data Username/Password).
