It looks as though the issue is associated with the ISP Hurricane Electric and Rithmic is using hurricane electric at least for some of their Internet connectivity. You can see this here: https://www.iplocation.net/ip-lookup Search for the IP 216.66.0.130 which is used for their web service to provide the connection points. In all of our research regarding Internet connectivity, we would not use hurricane electric as a primary provider. They may be fine as a backup or as a secondary connection. We do not use them at all. But our ISP, in Michigan, does peer with hurricane electric as one of the carriers. We are still waiting to get our Lumen connection in Michigan.
