Hello, I set up my mobile phone as personal hotspot (t-mobile network) and connect my workstation to it. After that charts load successfully. I think the issue must be COX networks connecting to sierracharts. Clearly running off my personal hotspot is not viable long term, so you need to figure out what the issue is with COX and sierra servers. Thanks Miguel Hidalgo
