Here is a solution to the connectivity issue some users are experiencing to the Denali Data Feed and our other Sierra Chart servers. We apologize for the delay. Note: This will not solve connectivity issues to Rithmic! We are posting this in all of the threads, which we think are affected by the problem. However, if the problem is strictly with Rithmic, this is not going to help. If you are having a problem accessing the Denali Data Feed or our other Sierra Chart data feeds do the following: 1. Update Sierra Chart to the current version (Important): Software Download: Fast Update 2. Set this setting: Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) To: ds13.sierracharts.com 3. Set this setting: Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Historical Server Address Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special) To: ds13.sierracharts.com 4. Set this setting below the two above settings: Standard Sierra Chart Server Address Override (non-exchange/no-fee data) To: ds13-2.sierracharts.com ---- We will bring online, historical CME data on that server, over the next 20 minutes but will be limited to the current day.
