We looked into this, and we cannot reproduce any connectivity issue to Rithmic.

We are putting out a new release with additional logging. For now we want you to restart Sierra Chart because it looks as though Rithmic has changed port numbers. The only way to immediately get the new port numbers is to restart Sierra Chart.
