We are aware of the issue with our US equities, CFE and NASDAQ TotalView data feeds being down. This issue is due to Cogent. We are still in the process, with our relocation, of equipment out of Chicago to Michigan. And we still have been relying on connectivity between Chicago and Michigan from Cogent until this move has been fully completed. The reliance should have been removed by now, but due to a delay by another ISP, it has been delayed. We apologize for this issue. We are working to get it resolved as quickly as possible. At this point we recommend that you restart Sierra Chart to get the updated list of server addresses so you will have direct connectivity to Chicago.
