In order to get the CME Group data from us at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to be able to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges As we mentioned above, you can not use Sierra Chart with Tradovate, therefore that account will not work for the above. If you are not wanting to trade directly from Sierra Chart then we recommend the solution outlined at the following link: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement If you do want to trade directly from Sierra Chart, then you would need to have another broker. If you strictly trade the CME Group, then we recommend using our Teton Order Routing Service.
